Mr. Nick Booker was born May 8, 1942 in Early County Georgia to the late Mr. Coot and Mrs. Willie Mae Booker. Nick joined St. James CME Church at an early age and he was educated in the Early County School System. He lived and worked in Swainsboro, Georgia in the lumber industry for several years. Nick leaves to cherish his memories a loving niece, Pauline (Alex) McClendon of Albany, Georgia; two sisters: Gracie Mae Barner and Eloise Thomas both of Albany, Georgia; two brothers: JC Booker of Palatka, Florida and Ernest Booker of Chicago, Illinois, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, a loving devoted nurse, Mary Jones of Newton, Georgia and a dearly beloved friend, Brother Wendell Roberts. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
